Gee, I've found this to be one of if not the most civil forums I've ever found.
If I have ever posted anything than offended anyone please accept my
humble apologies.

Well Said Lance. I don't frequent another great Forum too much any more...for that very reason. It's become way too opinionated & confrontational. Although, I really haven't noticed it all that much, being a Newbie here...

Did I hurt your feelings Brock, I'm sorry, of course your also a moderator. There is usually a moderator "title" under the name of a moderator on most forums and there isn't one on yours. Sorry Man.

In a civilized and respectful debate you can only win on every front. That is where our common knowledge grows and helps the community as an entity!

If you ever feel like seeing losers, check the cars entering or leaving the casinos, all losers! Even the ones who won that night, they'll eventually come back with their winner's foolish pride to loose it all back again and again...and again.

The soda pop slot machine makes me win every time though!

Qu'est-ce qu'il dit ce mec ?

Oh no! is Rod antagonizing the Big Kahuna?...

Very well said Brock. I think sometimes it's just better to walk away and chill a little bit... I think one of my favorites, Mahatma Gandhi had it best:

It is unwise to be too sure of one's own wisdom. It is healthy to be reminded that the strongest might weaken and the wisest might err.

An eye for an eye makes the whole world blind.

Hey Brock, your efforts are appreciated too. I am sure I speak for the masses when I say that you give as much as any to this forum and are a very important part of the fabric that make the OLF so great.

Thanks Mate

Cheers

Kim

MAN!! A lot happens when away from the computer for a few hours. I have to quit this work non-sense so I can keep up!

Lance, thanks for this post. I too have felt, on a couple of occasions, uncomfortable reading a few threads and felt saddened that opinions and ideas weren't allowed to be freely expressed to the extent that the ideas could be condsidered. It is OK to disagree but not to belittle in the process.

Thanks for this Lance...now, can we get back to our regular programming?

Shane

I agree with Shane too. A few times I've read posts and thought this person, "doesn't play well with others."
I've also noticed that it's only a handful of people who are "thin skinned" and as such create a doo-doo storm for everyone.
This forum is the best, the bomb, off the hook, full of bling, and whatever kids are saying these days. I tried others forums but was literally "run out." One forum in particular (and you all know to which one I'm referring) is hostile and any suggestions you make are shot down and crammed down your throat. I tried talking to the moderator to no avail. After all was said and done, I felt like whistling and having her flying monkeys bring her her broom.
I think Lance and Brock have done a wonderful job with this forum and the sky is the limit. In any forum there are always going to be people who "just can't get along."

I only have a limited amount of time to "hang-out" on forums.
For a while I was bouncing from one to another-I don't do that anymore.
I only frequent and support this one, because I like it best.
I was doing a little wincing myself at some of the posts that have gone on recently, but overall I find most everyone on this forum has respect for each other.

OLF has become my main hangout too. The humor, expert help and generosity I've encountered here from moderators on down is phenomenal. Thanks to all!

I agree with all here. This forum Rocks. It is by far the best one I've ever been to. I consider this place my home for talking shop with likeminded folks.
Feel the love everybody. Feel the love...

I wouldn't want to take anything away from the other forum i started with because everybody seemed very friendly over there too, though i posted only twice!. John Mayes invited me here from there and only went back there once. There's just something more here, the people of course, the ease of searching or getting information, the positiveness, respect and kindness, i feel i have everything i need here. My wife has her own forums where their favorite sport is bashing one another and when she talks about it, i try to encourage her to just let it go.

Imake a livin' sweepin' floors , moppin' and vacuuming but when i log on here, i feel part of something bigger and it helps me forget the daily routine because you, my great bunch of friends bring a happy smile to my Bear faceSerge Poirier38776.5389930556
